My advice is to start with a product that is gentle. You do not want anything too harsh because it can end up irritating your skin.

Cleanse, Tone, Prep
Now that you've sloughed off those dead skin cells, washing your face with your favorite cleanser comes next. If you're not sure what cleanser is best for you, start with a product that is gentle and does not contain harsh ingredients that could irritate your skin.
Using a toner after cleansing your skin may not be necessary every time, but it does make your face feel fresh and can have benefits depending on the one you use.
If you choose to use a serum, this would be the next step. Find a serum that addresses whatever skin concern you may have, such as anti-aging, brightening, hydrating, or firming.
Moisturizing
The last and final step is moisturizing. To achieve healthy, glowing skin, this is a very important step you do not want to skip. Determining whether your skin is dry, oily, or combination will help you choose which moisturizer is best for you.
Following these steps morning and night will help keep your skin looking it's best.
